In cement and other building materials companies,  Rope hoist  are widely used. Mill site hoist slip line faults have occurred, to overhaul the inconvenience.
This paper introduces a simple and practical self-designed electric hoist slip line installation method.
1  rope hoist  mounted on the U-shaped multi-track. For this characteristic, we track the cable arranged in the middle of the upper beam. 10mm wire rope or cable using vertebral round, ends with a basket of flowers bolt.
2 sliding ring is two rings linked together, there is a certain margin in order to avoid cable scratch cards. Steering ring is connected to two ring bolts, freely.
3 Put a cover on the steering cable on one end ring, leaving a good motor lead wire after rubber ring fixed to the lower end of the steering. Then one end of a plurality of slip rings to wear to the tightrope, then rubber line segment fixed at the lower end of the slip ring. Frontage motor, can rotate freely. After terminating the power supply.
4 in the traction motor to turn to the center ring, pulling cable in a straight line or circular motion.
5 straight track above method may also be used.
This method is simple and low cost. Eliminating the previous slide wire is bad, lead short circuit and other issues, to good effect.
