Precautions for  Chain Block 

1 Do not overload use.
2 other than strictly prohibited to use human power operated.
3 parts before use required to confirm intact, transmission parts and lifting chain oiled, idling conditions are normal. Check before lifting the upper and lower hooks are firmly linked. Prohibited at the tip of errors such as heavy lifting operations.  load chain   should be hung vertically, without kink chain link, chain under double hook rack may overturn.
4 operator should stand on the same plane as the pull ring bracelet chain hands, the wheel is rotated clockwise bracelet, can make the weight increase; reverse pull chain hands, then slowly decreased weight.
5 In the lifting process, regardless of weight up or down, hands pulled the  load chain   the force should be uniform and gentle, not too much force, so as not to hand chain jumping or snap ring.
6 The operator is found hand-pull tension larger than normal, they should immediately stop using it.
7 In lifting weights, and forbids officers to do any work under heavy loads or walking, as this may cause an accident.
