Lifting the use of safety requirements

1 General requirements for safe operation
a. Drivers succession, the response to brakes, suspension Jun,  wire rope  and safety devices checked and found that the performance is not normal, should be excluded before the

operation;
b. before driving, must-ringing or alarm, operation close to the people, they should also give intermittent bell or alarm;
c. Operation should be commanding signal, emergency stop signal, whoever should be issued immediately;
d. confirmation when the crane on or around when no one can close the main power source, such as a power disconnect device lock or signs, the person concerned shall be removed

only after closing the main power supply.
e. before closing the main power supply, should make all of the puller handle on the zero position;
f. work in a power outage, should all controllers levers to zero, at work again, you should check whether the crane movements are normal;
g. in orbit open operation of the  hoist equipment   when the job is finished, the crane should be anchored. When the wind is greater than 6, the general should stop working, and the crane

anchored. For gantry cranes crane working on the coast, when the wind is greater than 7, you should stop working, and the crane anchored;
h. Drivers for maintenance, you should cut off the main power and hang warning signs or locked, if not eliminate the fault, the driver should notify succession.
2 - Safety requirements
(A) there is one of the following situations, the driver should not operate:
a. overloaded or weight of the object is unclear, such as weight lifting or pulling unclear uprooted direct buried objects and oblique oblique, such as hanging;
b. structures or components affecting safety defect or injury, such as brake safety device failure, hook nut locking device is damaged, rope and other damage to be scrapped;

e. workplace dark, unable to see the venue, the case was hanging objects and command signals.
(2) the driver operation, shall comply with the following requirements:
a. limit position limit shall not use live control parking;
b. shall in the case of a load adjustment hoisting, luffing mechanism brakes;
c. lifting shall not pass over from the human, the boom shall not someone;
d. Cranes shall not carry out inspection and maintenance;
e. The lifting heavy objects close to or reach the rated lifting capacity, lifting the brake should be checked before and with a small height, short stroke lifting, and then

smoothly lifted;
f. no decline stopper limit position of the crane, the hook at the lowest operating position, the wire rope on the drum to maintain the safety design requirements laps;
g.  lift hoist  work, boom, spreader aids, wire rope, cable rope and heavy wind and power lines, etc. should not be less than the minimum distance specified in Table II;

I. No reverse braking performance on the ground  lift hoist   except in special cases of emergency, not to use to fight anti-car brake.
