How to prevent electric hoist surface rust

       wire rope hoist  lifting gear, the most common one, as  Hoist equipment  , improper maintenance is very easy to rust, surface rust not only reduces the service life of electric hoist, also affect the work efficiency, so to prevent electric hoist surface rust, is maintenance the most important task, to provide you the following methods to prevent rusting gourd, for your reference:
       1,  Rope hoist  gear box, gear should be coated with rust containing barium petroleum sulfonate grease, and regularly check the corrosion protection film full circumstances and situations.
       2, gourds of various parts of the exposed surface of the machined threaded surfaces and exposed perishable parts shall apply grease or other calcium-based rust rust grease.
       3, for the wire rope hoist, its surface should be coated with rust-proof wire rope lubricant, in the non-operating conditions should be wrapped in a tarpaulin or plastic outer film.
       4, the hook bearing, to inject calcium-based grease with rust rust and always check, rust effect, to extend the use of the results.
