Electric hoist hook safety inspection standards

1 human-powered  lift hoist  with hooks to 1.5 times the rated load as proof load test.
2 power-driven  rope hoist  lifting mechanism with hooks to two times the rated load as a test load test.
3 hook lifted after test load should not have any obvious defects and deformation, the opening degree of the increase should not exceed 0.25% of the original size.
4 inspection of the  lift hoist  hook, the hook should be low stress areas in the marking, including the nominal weight, factory standard or the trade name, inspection mark, production number and so on.
