Hoist type and working principle

lift hoist can be divided into two kinds. Manual traction hoist is a simple tool that is easy to operate, easy handling, poor conditions and are generally used in areas without power. Electric winch widely used in construction, installation and transportation work, is commonly used lifting equipment.
(-) Electric winch
Many types of electric winch, press rollers can be divided into two kinds of single drum and double drum. Press the transmission type can be divided into reverse gear box and friction-two. Then towing capacity divided 0.5t, 1t, 2t, 3t, 5t, 10t, 15t and so are several. Generally reversible gearbox winch traction slow, traction, load drops safe and reliable lifting equipment commonly used in components, transportation and installation of machinery. Friction hoist traction speed, traction is small, generally applicable to transport materials and other construction projects.
1. Reversible electric winch structure and transmission principle
Construction: Reversible electric winch is a motor, reduction gear box, drum, electromagnetic brake, drum controller and chassis composition.
Transmission Principle: When the  lift hoist  is powered, the drum-shaped control lever in the clockwise direction of rotation, after which the power of the motor to rotate counterclockwise while opening the electromagnetic brake, the motor will drive shaft by connecting the input shaft of the gearbox gearbox output shaft mounted pinion driving a large gear, large gear fixed on the drum, drum and gear rotate together, roll roll into ropes to enhance the object. 2. Friction-type electric hoist structure and transmission principle
Construction: Friction electric winch is a motor gears, rolls, friction block, ratchet, hand cranks and other major components and chassis components.
Transmission principle: Friction electric winch is driven by the motor pinion and gear, large gear and reels are mounted separately on the same shaft. They are not connected to each other between the keys and bolts. So, when the hand crank is zero, the motor can only be driven by the size of the gear idling, not with the rotating drum. When working to drum rotates, only the large gear on the end of the roll cone friction block embedded in a concave groove, creates friction between the two parallel into one leaving the rolls rotate.
